Jeff Flancer
Favorite color: Seafoam green Thanks for your interest in our Cafe. My name is Jeff Flancer, the owner of Flancer's. I have had the pleasure of owning Flancer's since April of 2000. I am a 1984 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. In the 80's I was a Chef working from restaurants at the Inner Harbor of Baltimore to the finest French restaurants in Los Angeles. In 1990 my wife Tuni and I moved to Santa Fe, N.M., a spiritual hub with authentic southwest culture and cuisine. I owned my restaurant there, for 8 years before happily moving to Phoenix in 2000. I enjoy power boating and sailing, golf, occasionally and collecting record albums and some 60's memorabilia. I am so thankful for our 2 beautiful boy's, Gaffney and Max, they rock! I am also thankful for all the success we have had over these past years, and I would like to thank my excellent and worthy staff for the huge part they play, everyday, in making us what we are known for: Friendly, professional service with incredible food in an atmosphere that is like your favorite place when you were growing up! I hope you enjoy eating at Flancer's and remember, you Goat to have it, see you here! |

Tuni Flancer
Favorite color: Green Hi! My name is Tuni Flancer. Wife of Owner, Jeff. Mom of Max and Gaffney. Flancer's Cafe bookkeeper, co-advertising person and, hopefully, one who acknowledges our awesome staff by remembering that the "devils in the detail". While I do not have a background in the culinary field, I do have a background in excelling. I graduated from A.S.U. in 1986 with a Business degree in Advertising. I have always been motivated to achieve both academically and business-wise. It's an organic, hard working philosophy that Jeff and I both possess. I volunteer at our kids' school when I'm not working on Cafe stuff and feel a strong obligation to give back to our community. I hope that Flancer's Cafe not only offers you our "A+" food and service, but adds in a little "extra credit" to be the "top of the class" dining experience for you! |

James Tucker
Favorite color: Blue General Manager - Start Date: May 12, 2005 All my working life I have been in the hospitality industry. I have worked and learned from some of the biggest names in Arizona and around the country. I have a decade plus in management and culinary experience. My Passions include great food, good wine at an affordable price and really good beer. Other areas of interest are music and art. I love to play the guitar and I just love anything outdoors! We at Flancer's bring to you high levels of service and personality in every visit you make with us. I definitely am a "Flancer's Addict". I love seeing our regular guest's faces. Even more, I enjoy meeting new guests. Hope to see you become a regular "Flancer's Addict" too! |

Favorite color: Blue Asst. Kitchen Manager - Start Date: Jan. 3, 2001 I like to spend time with my kids and help them with their homework. I like to clean my house and go shopping too. I love working at Flancer's because my opinions and ideas are noticed and used. They make me feel important. I also have good friends and an excellent boss with a big heart. Favorite color: Red Counter/Host - Start Date: Feb. 6, 2006 Originally from Chicago area, in my previous career I was a CAD designer for 22 years; however, I have found my home at Flancer's. I love my job, the people I work with and seeing so many regulars that frequent Flancer's. I feel we serve the best food around and love the comments of a first time customer. My passions are cooking, camping, hiking and most of all, fishing. |

I work as an Assistant Manager and Server looking to bring you a great experience every time you come in.
