Thanks for your interest in our Cafe. My name is Jeff Flancer, the owner of Flancer's. I have had the pleasure of owning Flancer's since April of 2000. I am a 1984 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. In the 80's I was a Chef working from restaurants at the Inner Harbor of Baltimore to the finest French restaurants in Los Angeles. In 1990 my wife Tuni and I moved to Santa Fe, N.M., a spiritual hub with authentic southwest culture and cuisine. I owned my restaurant there, for 8 years before happily moving to Phoenix in 2000. I enjoy power boating and sailing, golf, occasionally and collecting record albums and some 60's memorabilia. I am so thankful for our 2 beautiful boy's, Gaffney and Max, they rock! I am also thankful for all the success we have had over these past years, and I would like to thank my excellent and worthy staff for the huge part they play, everyday, in making us what we are known for: Friendly, professional service with incredible food in an atmosphere that is like your favorite place when you were growing up! Hi! My name is Tuni Flancer. Wife of Owner, Jeff. Mom of Max and Gaffney. Flancer's Cafe bookkeeper, co-advertising person and, hopefully, one who acknowledges our awesome staff by remembering that the "devils in the detail". While I do not have a background in the culinary field, I do have a background in excelling. I graduated from A.S.U. in 1986 with a Business degree in Advertising. I have always been motivated to achieve both academically and business-wise. It's an organic, hard working philosophy that Jeff and I both possess. I volunteer at our kids' school when I'm not working on Cafe stuff and feel a strong obligation to give back to our community. I hope that Flancer's Cafe not only offers you our "A+" food and service, but adds in a little "extra credit" to be the "top of the class" dining experience for you!

All my working life I have been in the hospitality industry. I have worked and learned from some of the biggest names in Arizona and around the country. I have a decade plus in management and culinary experience. My Passions include great food, good wine at an affordable price and really good beer. Other areas of interest are music and art. I love to play the guitar and I just love anything outdoors! We at Flancer's bring to you high levels of service and personality in every visit you make with us. I definitely am a "Flancer's Addict". I love seeing our regular guest's faces. Even more, I enjoy meeting new guests. Hope to see you become a regular "Flancer's Addict" too!

I like to spend time with my kids and help them with their homework. I like to clean my house and go shopping too. I love working at Flancer's because my opinions and ideas are noticed and used. They make me feel important. I also have good friends and an excellent boss with a big heart. I also admire Jeff & Tuni because of the special details and thoughts for everyone. May god be with you!

Originally from Chicago area, in my previous career I was a CAD designer for 22 years; however, I have found my home at Flancer's. I love my job, the people I work with and seeing so many regulars that frequent Flancer's. I feel we serve the best food around and love the comments of a first time customer. My passions are cooking, camping, hiking and most of all, fishing.

I love sports, especially basketball. The Laker's and U of A are my favorites. I also love the camaraderie at Flancer's with my fellow servers.

I like music and can play the piano. I love to cook and I'm a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. I really enjoy the friendly company of our customers and the thrill of the rush!

I like to play soccer and I like to go to the gym to keep in shape. I also love to spend my time with my family. At work I like to give 110%, I like the people at Flancer's because they are team players.

My passions are going to church with my family. I love chocolate and teaching my baby new things. I also love to make and eat the food at Flancer's.

Hi, I'm Chef Greg! I am proud to say I have been on Flancer's team for some time now! My goal is to bring you the freshest quality food possible and to keep you coming back! We have some of the most loyal customers I have ever seen in my 25 years in the Restaurant business! I love having fun while I'm working. Hello, I'm Myke and I've been a team member at Flancer's for years (over 1,700 shifts and counting!). I work as an Assistant Manager and Server looking to bring you a great experience every time you come in. Since I'm already serving you good food, I want to hear you laugh and know that your time was well worth it! I love trivia, especially sports, so see if you can stump me. My name is Katie and I'm a senior at Gilbert High School. In my spare time I am a photography nut. I especially enjoy traditional photography and working in the dark room. I enjoy working at Flancer's because of the friendly environment. I've been a member of the crew for over a year. My plan next fall is to attend Arizona State and study accounting.
