Serving as the Kitchen Manager/Chef for over 5 years at our original Gilbert landmark, I am now the New General Manager of our Mesa neighborhood location! Hello my name is Sergio. I have been working at the Mesa Flancer’s since January 2009. I have been cooking for 15 years. I enjoy the outdoors on my free time. I like to fish, hike, and camp with my wife, daughter and three sons. One of our favorite spots is Payson. My favorite food at Flancer’s is our pizza. I also like our fresh baked baguettes and homemade soups. I like to watch boxing and soccer, live or televised. I hope to see you soon at the Mesa location.

Hi, I’m Steve and I am a line cook at Flancer’s in Mesa. I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and am very proud to be part of the Flancer’s team. I of course enjoy cooking, which is a deep passion of mine. I also enjoy football, especially tailgating at the Cardinals games, baseball and home improvement. Don’t be shy, just come by and say hi! When I first worked at Flancer’s, I started off as a hostess and quickly worked my way up the ladder. I am now a Server and Assistant Manager. Other than hanging out with the Flancer crew, I like working out, pretending I can sing, and being around my crazy and unique family. That’s probably why I love Flancer’s so much. Because we truly are a crazy and unique family. Also, I am interested in fashion and hair and makeup.

Hello my name is Kris Collins and I live right here in Mesa. I came to Flancer’s not knowing anything about it, and I am proud to say I am part of the Flancer’s team. We have an excellent menu with lots to choose from. I have become obsessed with our Philly cheese steak and jalapeno mashed potato pie. When I’m not pigging out I enjoy cooking, dancing and watching basketball. Die hard Lakers Fan. I also love to write and make music. I am also an entrepreneur, I have an entertainment company called light thieves media, and I am in the works of producing my first short film and releasing my clothing line Kc Legend. When I’m not at work my hobbies include livin’ the dream, enjoying thought provoking art and music, reading sci-fi books, playing drums, soccer, and playing video-games. Hello, my name is Tim and I’m the Executive Chef here at Flancer’s. I have been working for Flancer’s since May of 2012. When I’m not at work you can find me either training for a triathlon or a ½ marathon. If I’m not doing that I’m hanging out with my Family(Lily and Jen) or my 4 greyhounds . Hey, my name is Zach I live right here in Mesa. I am a seventeen-year-old Junior at Mountain View High School. I started out as a dish washer at sixteen and I have made my way up to the line. I always loved to cook and I especially enjoy making the Pizzas here at Flancer’s. At school I work for Stage Crew and I’m a member of the National Honor Society. Not only that, I am an active Eagle Scout and a member of the Boy Scouts Honor society, the Order of the Arrow. I am adventurous, intelligent, and a witty guy.
